A caricature that portrayed Liza Kavanaugh pleading for her father, Supreme Court candidate Brett Kavanaugh, brought a lot of people’s attention to her. She is known as one of Brett Kavanaugh’s daughters, and she garnered a lot of attention when the cartoon was drawn.
In the caricature, Liza Kavanaugh was seen groveling and praying to God, asking for forgiveness on behalf of her irate, dishonest, and drunken father for having sexually assaulted Dr. Ford.
During his confirmation meeting before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Brett Kavanaugh used a cartoon that is now more than a decade old as material for his opening statement.

Professional Career
In 1988, Brett Kavanaugh joined the ‘Federalist Society,’ which is a conservative political organization. As a result of his hard work, regional appellate court justices Walter King Stapleton of the “Third Circuit” and Alex Kozinski of the “Ninth Circuit” offered him a position as a legal clerk in their respective courts. In 1992, Ken Starr, then the Solicitor General of the United States, awarded him a one-year fellowship. Between the years 1994 and 1997, he worked as an assistant counsel on Starr’s legal team for the “Independent Counsel.” This fellowship was awarded by Starr in 1992. In addition, he became a partner at the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
During his time working for Starr, Kavanaugh reopened the investigation into the death of Vincent Foster, which began in 1993 and eventually revealed Foster to have committed suicide. In 2018, history professor Sean Wilentz at Princeton University accused Brett Kavanaugh of using local financial assistance for the investigation. From 1993 to 1994, Brett Kavanaugh worked as an assistant in the office of then-Justice Anthony Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States. Between the years 1997 and 1998, he worked as a private attorney.
It is possible that he worked with Starr once more on the case known as “Swidler & Berlin vs. United States” (1998 1998). Regarding the sex controversy involving Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, Kavanaugh was a significant contributor to the drafting of the report that was submitted to the regional government of the United States by Starr’s “Independent Counsel.” The investigation was completed in September of 1998 and ultimately led to the impeachment of Clinton. In 1997, Kavanaugh became an associate at the legal firm known as “Kirkland & Ellis.” He gave up during the following harvest, but he came back to fight in 1999.
In December of 2000, Brett Kavanaugh provided George W. Bush with legal assistance in his effort to restrict the electoral vote tally in the state of Florida. Under the new administration of George W. Bush, the counsel of the “White House,” Alberto Gonzales, nominated him to the position of assistant. In that position, he was accountable for the appointment of Chief Justice John Roberts and provided support for the investigation into the bankruptcy controversy involving the ‘Enron Corporation.’ However, due to the continuing controversy, he was unable to nominate attorney Miguel Estrada. This was a failure on his part.
In July of 2003, Kavanaugh was given the position of assistant to the speaker and was also given the position of staff writer for the “White House.” He was recommended to serve on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit by President George W. Bush, but his nomination was rejected for a period of three years. In the end, his nomination was accepted in May 2006, and from that point forward until October 6, 2018, he worked as the fourth justice on the ‘D.C. Circuit.’
As a result of his work as an opinion writer in a number of important cases involving the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), he rose to great heights and achieved great success.
