On June 5, 2020, 42 Dugg eluded a traffic stop in a rented SUV after driving through a stop sign and was on the run for two months. On March 10, 2020, he was arrested on federal firearms charges but after seven days in the custody, he was released.
He was again arrested by the Authorities and Rental Business on August 4, but was set free on a bail of $20,000.
He was asked to wear a GPS monitor as part of his limited release and he may be facing up to 5 years of imprisonments, a fine of $1,000, and a year’s suspension of his driver’s license if found guilty of the allegations leveled against him.
