If it’s raining or snowing outdoors, her demeanor alters. If it’s raining, she won’t go to the fountain from Tuesday through Sunday.
From 9 a.m. until 8 p.m., her residence is generally unlocked. She will be unavailable to you if she is inside while the door is locked and you are not.
