Artificial intelligence has long been fascinated by the workings of the human mind. AI will continue to transform the landscape of assessment. It will improve the efficiency of psychometric testing. It will provide deeper data and more sophisticated pattern recognition. It will help organisations scale their assessment processes without losing consistency or quality.
