I wanted development and self-expression. I decided to change after attending business training. During the lesson, an idea was born – landscaping residential and office premises. I assembled a team of experienced biologists, and six months later, we managed to earn the first profit of 1 million dollars. Of course, not everything went smoothly, but five years of working for myself helped me understand what qualities make it possible to achieve results in business.

In the most challenging situations, improvisation comes to the rescue. There is no single scenario: sometimes you must show gentleness and understanding, sometimes decisiveness. The more non-standard the leader’s reaction to what is happening, the easier it is to find a way out. You must consciously learn to find pluses in any situation and play various scenarios in advance.

Honesty and Willingness to Refuse

In business, one must be open and ready for discussions and negotiations with customers and partners. Equally important is being honest with yourself. Are you willing to take on a product despite all the risks? Do you trust your specialists? Are you ready to take on massive work in a difficult life? Answer these questions honestly for yourself and let go of what is holding you back from moving forward. Another critical component of success is love. Love for your work can turn work into a hobby.
